Commercial window cleaning in Washington, DC

Interior glass, storefronts and reachable exterior windows, cleaned on a set schedule.

Smudged glass is the first thing a visitor sees at the door. It's also one of the cheaper things to fix and one of the easiest to let slide.

What's included

Glass on both sides where we can reach it, plus frames, sills and tracks. Entrance doors get cleaned more often than anything else, since hands and noses touch them all day.

Storefronts and ground-floor glass

Retail and restaurant glass is usually on a weekly or every-other-week route. We squeegee, detail the edges and wipe the frames so the water doesn't leave a line along the bottom. After rain or a salty week in winter, we can add a visit.

Interior glass in offices

Conference room walls, glass doors and partitions pick up fingerprints and dust. Most offices put them on a monthly or quarterly visit, depending on how much the room is used and who sees it. They fit easily onto a regular office cleaning schedule.

What we don't do

We don't work from ropes or rigs. If you need exterior glass above the reach of ladders and poles on a taller building, you want a facade specialist, and your building management often has an approved vendor. We'll gladly coordinate with whoever handles your upper floors, and we'll tell you plainly when a job isn't ours.

Questions about window cleaning

How often should windows be cleaned?

Storefronts do best weekly or monthly. Office interiors can go monthly or quarterly. Exterior glass on upper floors is typically done twice a year by a facade contractor.

Do you clean screens and blinds?

Either can be added to a visit. Blinds are dusted or wiped on a schedule. Heavily soiled blinds may need to come down for cleaning, and we quote that separately.
