Coworking spaces break the usual office rules. Nobody owns a desk, someone is always in the kitchen, and the people who notice a mess are paying members.
Shared spaces take the wear
Kitchens, phone booths, lounges and meeting rooms see the most use and have the least ownership. We reset them every night: dishes and counters, tables and whiteboards, chairs back in place, booth glass cleaned, trash and recycling emptied. Hot desks and open areas get wiped when they've been cleared. Private offices follow whatever rules their tenant sets.
Flexible schedules
Some spaces want service every night, others scale with occupancy. A startup on a leased floor often begins with two or three nights a week and adds visits as the team grows. We agree on a base schedule and on how to change it as you grow, with notice.
Events and turnover
Evening events leave a different kind of mess: cups, chairs and food. We can add event cleanup for specific nights. When a private office turns over, we do the move-out clean of floors, glass, surfaces and doors, so the next tenant sees a clean room.
One person to call
Operators hear about problems from members first. You get a single contact who picks up the phone, so a complaint at 9 a.m. doesn't wait for the next night shift.
Questions from coworking operators
Do you need access to private offices?
Only if the tenant asks. Private offices are cleaned on the schedule and under the rules each tenant sets, and locked rooms stay locked.
Can you cover a space that is open 24 hours?
Yes. We plan around the quietest hours and add a day porter for the busy stretches.
