A lot of DC runs on law firms, trade associations and consulting offices. They share a few needs: confidentiality, a tidy conference room by 8 a.m., and a reception area that looks right when a client walks in.
Desks and documents
We don't read, move or throw away paperwork. Desks stay the way you leave them. We clean around open files and legal pads, and we wipe only the surfaces that have been cleared. For rooms with especially sensitive material, such as a records room or a managing partner's office, tell us and we'll skip them or clean only when someone is present.
Conference rooms and reception
Conference rooms get the most attention. Tables are wiped, chairs straightened, glass cleaned, and catering leftovers and trash cleared. Whiteboards stay as they are unless you ask us to erase them. Reception, the kitchen and the coffee station are done last, so they're at their freshest in the morning.
Access and security
Many firms guard keys and badges closely. We sign for ours, log who holds them and keep the crew small and consistent, so the people badging in after hours are the same names each time. If your security policy sets specific vetting requirements for vendors, tell us before the first shift.
Early meetings and evening events
Some offices host breakfasts, evening receptions and board meetings. We can add event cleanup and a morning reset to the schedule, so the room is back to normal before the next meeting starts. Regular office cleaning covers the rest.
Questions from law firms and associations
What if our people work late?
Tell us when the office usually empties. We start with the floors and rooms that clear first, or move the visit later if you prefer.
Do you handle shredding?
No. Locked shred bins stay where they are for your shredding vendor, and we empty the regular trash and recycling around them.
