Quotes and pricing
How much does commercial cleaning cost in DC?
It depends on the space, so we don't publish a rate card. The price comes from square footage, floor types, the number of restrooms and kitchens, how many nights a week we visit and any limits on access. Two offices of the same size can price very differently if one has a full kitchen and three restrooms and the other is an open floor. We price after a walkthrough and give you the number in writing.
Is the walkthrough free?
Yes. It's a short visit, and it doesn't commit you to anything.
Are supplies included in the price?
The quote says whether paper, soap and liners are included or billed separately, so the first invoice holds no surprises. Cleaning chemicals and equipment are on our side of the job.
Can I get a quote for a one-time deep clean?
Yes. One-time jobs such as a move-out clean, a carpet extraction or a floor strip are quoted the same way, after a look at the space, or from photos when the job is simple.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Recurring service runs on a written agreement that lists the scope, the schedule and the price. We go over the term and the notice needed to cancel before you sign anything.
Scheduling and access
Can you clean at night or on weekends?
Yes. Most office cleaning happens after hours, and weekends are common for floor and carpet work because the space can be closed off while it dries.
How do you handle keys, fobs and alarm codes?
Each one is logged against a named crew member, held only by the assigned crew, and returned or deactivated when the agreement ends. If your building issues badges through the front desk, we follow that process.
What if my building has rules for vendors?
Send them before the start date. Sign-in sheets, escort requirements, freight elevator windows and insurance paperwork are all things we plan around.
How soon can you start?
Once you approve the quote, we assign a crew, set up access and agree on the checklist. The quote includes a start date, so you know what to expect.
Can you clean while people are working?
Yes, through day porter service. Floor work, carpet extraction and deep cleaning are better done after hours.
Crew and service
Who will clean my building?
A consistent crew assigned to your account and led by a crew lead who knows the building. If someone is out, a trained backup covers the shift and your contact is told.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. The crew brings its own vacuums, machines, mops and chemicals. If your building requires a specific product, tell us and we'll use it.
What paperwork can you provide?
We carry general liability insurance and can send a certificate to your property manager. We hold the business license required to operate in the District. We are bonded. Crew members are background-checked before their first shift.
Do you use green cleaning products?
On request. If your building or your tenants prefer greener products, we put ones with a recognized third-party label, such as Green Seal or EPA Safer Choice, on your checklist and note the swap in the quote.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
Tell us right away. Missed items are fixed on the next visit, or sooner if they're urgent, and the supervisor looks into why they were missed. If it keeps happening, we'll talk about changing the checklist or the crew.
What we don't do, and where
What do you not clean?
Medical waste and sharps, kitchen hoods and exhaust systems, and exterior glass that needs ropes or rigs. We don't do biohazard cleanup or hoarding situations either. When a job needs a specialist, we'll point you to one.
Do you work outside DC?
Our focus is the District. If you also have a location in Maryland or Virginia, mention it in your request and we'll tell you whether we can help.
