Learn moreDC buildings come with rules. We plan for them.
Cleaning a building here takes more than showing up with a vacuum. Front desks log vendors in and out. Freight elevators have booking windows. Property managers want paperwork before the first shift, and tenants want the work finished before the first badge swipe.
We sort all that out before the start date, so your property manager isn't chasing us on night one.
See where we workFront desk check-in
We sign in and out the way your building requires, and we agree on which entrance and elevator the crew uses.
Freight elevator and dock bookings
We reserve the freight elevator or loading dock for machines and supplies, and we stay inside the window we're given.
Keys, fobs and alarm codes
Each key, fob and code is logged. Only the assigned crew holds them.
Certificate of insurance
Your property manager gets our certificate before the first shift, with the building named if they ask for that.
Winter floors
Salt and slush come in on every pair of shoes from November on. We add mats, extra vacuuming and wet-floor signs to the routine.
How a new account starts
Nothing begins until you've seen the quote and the checklist.

Questions we hear first
Do you clean at night?
Mostly, yes. Offices are cleaned after your staff goes home, and weekends suit floor and carpet jobs. If the building needs help during the day, a day porter covers the hours in between.
How is a job priced?
We look at the size of the space, the floors, the restrooms and kitchens, and how often we visit. Then you get a price in writing, usually as a flat monthly amount for recurring service.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Equipment and cleaning chemicals come with the crew. Restroom paper and soap can be ours or yours, and the quote says which.
Is there a long contract?
Recurring service runs on a written agreement. Before you sign, we go through the term and how much notice you need to give to cancel.
Where in DC do you work?
In all four quadrants. If you also have a space in Maryland or Virginia, say so in your request, and we'll tell you whether we can take it on.
