Who we are
This website is run by DC Commercial Cleaning, a commercial cleaning company serving Washington, DC. You can reach us through the contact page or at info@dc-cleaners.com, or by phone at (444) 555-5555.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, phone number, email address, the type and size of your space, its address or neighborhood, and your message. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request, set up a walkthrough and prepare a quote. If you become a client, we use them to run your account. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Who sees it
Your request is emailed to our team. It passes through the services we use to run the site, such as our web host and email provider, which handle it only to deliver it. We may disclose information if the law requires us to.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set its own cookies for tracking or advertising.
Some pages show an embedded Google Map. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which can set cookies and see your IP address and the page you are on. Google's own privacy policy covers that data.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is written for businesses. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it.
