What we do
We clean commercial buildings in the District: offices, medical practices, schools, gyms, shops and the common areas of apartment buildings. Most of the work is recurring, with the same crew, the same checklist and the same nights. We also take one-time jobs such as floor refinishing, carpet cleaning and post-construction cleanup.
How we run an account
Every building gets a written scope and a named crew lead. The lead knows the checklist, the access rules and which door sticks. A supervisor inspects the work on a schedule and reports to you. When something gets missed, you call one number, it gets fixed, and we note the cause so it doesn't repeat.
What we tell you up front
We say what we don't do. We don't clean kitchen hoods, handle medical waste or work from ropes on exterior glass, and we'll send you to a specialist when a job needs one. We would rather lose a bid than take on work we can't do properly.
Why the quote comes after the walkthrough
A price given over the phone is a guess. Two offices of the same size can take very different time depending on floors, restrooms, kitchens and access, so we look first. You get the number in writing, along with a task list for every room, and the work starts only when you say so.
Paperwork
We hold the business license required to operate in the District. We carry general liability insurance and send a certificate to your property manager on request. We are bonded. Each crew member is background-checked before their first shift.
